I had my address put on a yahoo groups site by a BNP member. How do i complain to yahoo?

I was in a yahoo group under a different yahoo account. Anyway, my home address was put on the site. The moderator told me not to bother yahoo as they wouldn't be interested. Now i want to make a compalint to yahoo as the BNP member has stepped up the harrassment. Also the moderator put ME on moderation, i found out 4 weeks later. I closed the yahoo account in disgust and told the moderator that i didn't think it was right. However the harrassment has stepped up since and the BNP member has now send a malicous message to someone else in the group who i know. Don't know if they want to complain. Since i told the moderator, what i thought of MY moderation, a person, who they are a friend of, doesn't reply to my messages. It 'appears' they have been talking. I would like to make a complaint to yahoo but don't know how to contact them as i can't find a link for things like this. i was given a link to the yahoo answers team but there wasn't a reply from them over this

I would like to add details that the person who is a friend, who recived a malicous email recently, said that email was about me! i have seen a bit of it and it is nasty, trying to turn my friend against me. Also my mother has pyscosis and he has mounted a campain against me over 5 months! doing things, that are difficult to prove. t. he has a lsit of things to do to me, i'm told by a friend of his. i know a few of them. it appears he has carried out a few of them already!

Let me point out that this person has said in the past he believes in the death of other races other than white and of people with mental and physical health problems. That is why i mention my mother who is sick. he was also going to phone council saying he was a neighbour, to report my boiler. This would stir my mother up as my mum does not even have her social worker in the house. my mum gets stirred up if people are in the house. very upset. he knew this. now, the social services are saying that the council have informed them that the boiler should be looked at by their bolier people. he has said he would contact people i know and turn them against me, AND if i do anything, he is also going to allege that i made monkey noises from his car, which i didn't. Let me also point out , he is barred from all libraries in his county for his abusive comments and posted my home address from a library in the county where no-one knows who he is. this was traced by the site

Also, i never implied yahoo were at fault. I have issues over the moderator who DID NOT expell the member. Yet put me on moderation. And it appears, has been discussing the case with a member who i know is a friend of theirs. It appears this, becuase this other person who i used to communicate with, now ignores my messages, since i told the moderator what i thought. I have now given up send messages to both of them. No messages from me were aggressive. Merely stating facts and asking for help. Now i see, It appears this moderator is allowed to act like this and yahoo won't do anything. Also the original version of this site was closed down before by yahoo, for in-fighting, i was told. This was befoere i joined. I'm now going to social service cos i think he is going to come round tomorrow night, from what i can gather.

The above messages are merely stating what has been happening and are not intended to be taken in any aggresive manor. The facts are, this is what has been happening and i'm very upset. Now i'm gong to report this mattrer to socail services

If you are being harassed, then that is a police matter, nt a yahoo matter.

Pretty much every yahoo page has instructions about how to contact them with issues.

I know becuase I used to work for the company that sold them the software that manages the process way back when. I know they are still using it.

I suggest that due to the volume of messages they get, maybe as many as 1 million per day, yours is not likely to stand out and it will be a while if ever before somneone notices it as important to them.

But if you have a harassment case, then do what you would do if yahoo is not involved.

If you want yahoo to take down a particular message (despite it being widely distributed already) then maybe you can find legal instructions at www.chillingeffects.org.

I have suffered abuse twice, best thing is to ignore these mindless people. You could contact Yahoo Customer Services.

stop being soft and go shout at the person who is upseting you or if he is harrasing you go to the police......its not yahoo to blame and why should we suffer because your to scared to confront whos doing it to you.get some back bone and get it delt with .good luck .

how pathetic are you??? ....if you want to put down the British Nationalist Party. then do it in an intelligent way. perhaps try some structured argument. work out exactly what it is that you disagree with and state it. this kind of smear campaign doesnt fool any one. ( how childish can you get.)
