As for Paul The Apostle, one of his many biblical titles is notably a faithful "steward" of the "mysteries".
As such, his epistle format opens and closes with grace, but sandwiched in between is the meat of the matter, the discussion of law vs law & law vs grace;
always concluding grace over law law and law vs law, which is loser vs loser.
