the plug[s] fill and drain are 30 mm hex and are located where
msdz 2000 said
note the front output shaft seal has been updated several times and is the probable causal part for your leak

Backside of the transfer case, opposite side of where front drive shaft comes out. Towards the top, should be 2 of them, one for draining and one for filling.

It should be on the side of the transfer case, midway towards the top. It looks like a square plug that a extension fits into.
