It sounds like if you let this continue he will become a bigger problem following you around. Tell him straight up to stop calling you, you are not interested and that you have a boyfriend.

i have been in the exact same situation as you are. i was 16 and the guy was 23! i don't think you have to worry about being too harsh, sometimes that is really just the only way to get rid of him. i even triend practically hanging up the phone on him. or just simply tell him right out that you're not interested.... i know2x, if you've tried all of this and its still not working, well... what i did (after about a year of his "stalking" me with the constant phone calls) was tell him i had a boyfriend. i didn't really. just some close guy friends who pretended to for my sake. that pretty much did it. unfortunately, he still sometimes calls my house once in awhile. luckily, my current boyfriend is with me on those times and he talks to guy. that pretty much ends the conversation and i don't hear from him for like a month or so... then he calls again hoping my boyfriend and i have already broken up, which fortunately we haven't and probably neber will! good luck!!!!!!!!

Find a good friend of yours to pretend to be your boyfriend and answer the phone for you. Believe me it will only happen once. And the guy helping you out doesn't have to be really mean or anything. He just has to let the other guy know who he is (your boyfriend).

Tell your mother and ask her for advice. Block his number, that will stop him calling you, you might need her help with that. Obviously this guy is a predator and you can always file for a restraining order. Trust me, he is NOT a nice guy.

Here's what you do. Nest time he calls, open up your mouth, and say:
"Stop calling me".
You can follow up by telling him you don't like him, and his obsessive calling is creepy, and would be immature on a nine year old, but for a 21 year old it's pathetic.

1st of all YOUR 15 and he is 21 - he can go to jail very easly if you report him.
Tell him your not interested and your mom is monitoring your calls now and has indicated that she is going to report this to the police if he calls anymore because you'r a minor.
Don't grow up too fast !!!
