go and see your gp if you think you need medication or alternatively you could try when the children are in bed a nice bath with candles, taking long deep breaths and trying to relax.

There is a daily dietary supplement out there called Tunguska Blast that helps deal with the factors that cause stress. Go to askabouttheblast.com/time. Depending on your childrens age you might want to take them to daycare, for a day, and treat yourself to a day of relaxation. There is now law that says you have to be with your children every waking hour of their lives until the they get old enough for total independence. Do this on a schedule that is emotionally and economically feasible for and your family.

Finding some time for YOU is essential. Join a book club, art club, volunteer, something that lets you be something other than a mom, for a short time period. Joining a mother's club can be good too, meeting with other mothers, letting the kids play. I was in a Babysitting Cooperative where we got points for watching each other's kids and we had monthly or twice monthly playgroups and activities. It was good for kids and good for moms. We could get out for an evening or afternoon without feeling guilty about our kids and without paying for childcare.

Variety is a good spice of life. You're burned-out. Get out or take some good stroll, take a coffee break, maybe with a friend to talk to.

Take some time of sanctuary (not necessarily alone and away), but just having a time-out to think and giving yourself some rewards - parlor, shopping, going to church, and as I said a coffee break.

Prayers will do wonders for you!

God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation, and qualifying us to Heaven. Just come to Jesus with genuine repentance and faith, and you will find peace, hope and meaning for your life. Heaven is wonderful beyond descriptions and forever without end. Never miss Heaven for anything of this troubled world. Life on earth is short and uncertain. Get right with God before it is too late. Best wishes for happiness and Heaven! (www.spiritlessons.com)

Chamomille(sp) tea is a great relaxer. I drink it in the evenings sometimes to just kick back and relax.

Marijuana, but it's illegal, so don't use it. It's the best, though, or so I've heard. Try some hot tea (chamomile).
