If she likes jewelry a pair of diamond earrings or a a small pendant. Doesn't need to be expensive or extravagant. Search on Ebay for the best deals at wholesale prices. Ebay store: DiamondGenius is one ideal and they have items ranging from $200-$500. This is something that will last and she will always have to remember.
Good Luck & Congratulations,
Ron S.

Most of these answers involve spending lots of money. Not that there's anything wrong with that, and if you've got the money, that might be what she wants. But I think if your aunt has been spending lots of time on your wedding, then a gift that you spent time to create would be a better idea. It could be a hand drawn card, or a knitted sweater... or anything.

You might treat her to a pedicure/manicure. She might like it more if you planned a day, after your wedding where you went together.
You could bring pictures of the honeymoon and tell her all about it while someone is filing away on your toes.
She would probably like that more than a gift.

What are her interests, hobbies? Giving her a certificate for spa treatment, manicure that she can use prepping for the wedding is a great idea.

I like the thought of a spa treatment. Those are pricey and not something she'd buy for herself.
It depends a lot of where you live, though, and what kind of life you lead. For instance, if you lived in small town Wyoming, paying for a couple of nights in Denver would be a good thank you.

If she has a hobby or collects things, then something for that. Otherwise, how about a nice spa day, or a spa treatment? Maybe you can even go together.
