Is she the kind of person that puts everyone before herself? Then get her a spa gift certificate. If she likes clothing/shoes/ etc.. A gift card to her favorite store boutique. Send her some flowers or take her to lunch/shopping. I would also write her a really nice card about the shower/rehearsal dinner. Sometimes a little acknowledgment is better than a gift... Good luck

Take some time to really sit and think about what your aunt likes or ask someone close to her. Try to come up with a gift that shows you were really thinking about what she likes. For instance if she likes to be pampered, get her a massage or a gift card to a spa. Good luck!
