I would keep letting them know you are still interested with a follow-up letter to keep in your file, also resubmitting your resume with a letter of interest every few months. I'm sure persistence will pay off, especially if you update your resume with something new like more schooling, more experience, charity work, etc. and make sure you point out it is updated. If granted another interview, maybe you need to make a change in your approach. Ask another professional for advice. And pray about it; it may not be the right job for you at this time in your life.

Never give up! The problem could be something as simple as grooming, Posture, eye contact, a firm hand shake, or lack of self confidence. These are all things that people lok at. I assume your boss is an older white guy? If he is Asian, they consider direct eye contact a threat. So research the customs of the ethnicity of the person you will be working for. Also, research the company before your interview. Your prospective employer will want to know if you know anything about their company. Do your homework!

It depends on the company, but most places will not "rule someone out" unless the interview went really poorly. It's probably a matter of the position being very competitive, or you just not having what they're looking for at the moment.

Its possible that you have been put aside for a short time, whilde they assess other candidates that have not been interviewed, the best thing is to learn from our interview mistakes, improve and also improve our resume by adding courses or experiences while you wait for the next interview, this show that you are constantly improving yourself. good luck. Also talk to someone who has recently been hired to ask them what worked for them.

As you gain more experience and education you aren't the same person you were when they interviewed you so keep trying.
I applied at Boeing in 1966 and if I applied again they wouldn't even look at my old application.

yup I easily have top before ending my first marriage. I even had a buddy that become interested in helping me. yet i become in basic terms extremely starved for interest, at a loss for words about my existence and properly somewhat curious. i did not opt for to finally end up hurting her in my at a loss for words state so i did not enable something to start up. She become sweet and if i become going to change i might want to provide her a decision.
