If you mean sexually together....
Then the answer is simple. Two girls together is compelling to see because of the femininty of it all. Some would say its natural for girls to be together. They know what each other wants and it seems to be very mutual. With two guys together the problem most men and women havce with it is that one of the men takes on a feminine role. Penetration and dominance turns one of the guys into the "female". Does not look as natural together. Thats just my opinion from observing how adults react when they see this.
If you mean in a 3sum type scene, then its the fact that if two guys one girl the girl can have the time of her life. Viseversa for the lone guy and two girls.

yeah, ahhh two girls are not the same as two guys because the girls are probably smaller, and thus lighter, and therefore they do not weigh the same, but that's conditional. The anatomy (which I hopefully don't have to explain to you) is also different, giving the two men and two women a different weight distribution, profile, and general appearance... hopefully. Also the girls are most likely more emotional than the guys, and more prone to arguement or other quarrel.

Most men are very bad at sex. There is no difference really, a woman knows how to sastify another woman, just as we know how to to please another man. It is a cultural, and religious hangup which has no place in modern society. I am bisexual myself. But I put away any feelings of guilt along time ago. If you enjoy do it, if you don't don't. Two girls (if that's what you mean) is way hotter that two guys, girls are just beautiful, guys are not so beautiful, I'd hate to see two guys kissing, yuck!
