Send them a letter requesting the account be closed and your deposit refunded. Ask for written confirmation that the account is closed. If you gave them authorization to debit your bank account, withdraw that authorization in the letter. Also, go to your bank and withdraw the authorization. You may have to change your bank account.

Chances are you won't get your deposit back. This company has a bad track record.

I agree with bdancer2 but try to get a physical address of the co. and send 1 certified 1 regular and keep a copy. Give them 10 days to refund the money or say in the letter other actions may be taken. I would also notify the BBB. This might sound stupid to do but a would also notified Trans Union Fraud Dept @ 1-800-680-7289. Better to be safe than sorry later.
