Sounds like you are getting into debt. You already reach your credit limit and don't have any more money. It is not a good idea to live on credit card. There will be over limit fee like $30 (at least) and it will also trigger a very high interest rate like 25% or even 30% on the money that you withdraw (that is if they approved the withdraw). That will make you owe even more. Do you work? You need to increase your income and spend less. Also NOT to charge or use your credit card any more. It will NEGATIVELY effects your credit score.

If you're try to make a cash advance, your card may be denied. But if you do go over your limit, you'll be charged an overlimit fee. Chances are you will be hit with higher interest as well.

Instead of overmaxing your credit card, do without or find some other way to get cash -- have a garage sale, sell blood, collect alum cans, get a second job -- pizza delivery has flexible hours and you get cash tips.

You could call the credit card company and ask them to raise your limit. Some companies have penalties for going over your limit without permission.
