Gorgeous, simple because you can draw it out, and it sounds better. And Sexy does make me feel like a piece of meat with curves or something, while gorgeous makes me feel like I am good looking and beautiful!

I like gorgeous better. It (very slightly) suggests that the person is admiring all of you as a complete person, rather than just wanting to nail you.

Either are compliments...and one can be both. Sexy is an attitude, gorgeous is more about one's physical appearance at the moment.
