i would feel like a freak and it would always be on my mind that he is shorter than me. i mean you don't know this guy and you already feel awkward about going out with him. i say if its a huge deal for you now than its prob gonna be a huge deal later! its not a good idea if you don't feel right about it.

I'm sorry but I would feel the same way.I think alot depends how mature you are.I can tell because you are writing about it that you are still young and probably in your 20's or younger. If he is a really nice guy though just tell him you want to be friends. How long have you been dating? If it bothers you to be seen in public with him it will not last anyway so I say get rid of him now before he falls head over heels in love with you.

I probably wouldn't date a guy shorter than me by 5 inches, but then I am not quite 5'1 so he would probably be a child or a midget. I think tall girls look fine with shorter guys though.

I'm with you......I've been tall person in my entire life, and I've never been attracted to shorter guys than me. It is not obviously about personality, just cannot see the shorter guys as "male". Just about chemistry kind of thing. No need to take it seriously, I guess.

it would desire to be "unusual", yet which skill no longer something. it relatively is in basic terms a "deal breaker" if the two one among them won't be able to deal with the version in top. they are able to make it paintings in the event that they're nonetheless drawn to a minimum of one yet another inspite of their top distinction. that's no longer plenty diverse than one among them in many situations who prefer blond(e)s and relationship a redhead. little bit of an anecdote: A male pal of mine in intense college grew to become into 5'2" and enjoyed women people who have been taller than him and inspired them to even placed on intense heels. For him, women people who have been shorter than him weren't as eye-catching.

My girlfriend and I are5'9" tall slim redheads--- in heels we are over 6'
we share a boyfriend, who is 5'4''
If he is confident in his manhood and you are confident height doesn't matter
(we do get some strange looks when we go out and comments" How did he get those two?" )

A tall chick dating a short guy is going to make him feel so confident, he'll treat you like a queen.
