I'm having a Halloween party this weekend. I'm looking for a alcoholic drink recipe that I can put in a punch bowl and serve. Any suggestions?

This was my mother's recipe. It's Virgin Island punch. It turns out a blood orange color.

1 gallon OJ
1/2 gallon peach nectar
1/2 gallon pear nectar
1/2 gallon pineapple juice
1 bottle (about 6-8 oz.) grenadine

Mix it all up. Traditional is to use rum, but vodka works well in it too.

Spiced hot apple cider. You can make it with hard cider and the alcohol. Hot spiced red wine is good as well.

Of course, you'd be putting these in a coffee dispenser to keep them warm rather than a punch bowl.

foodnetwork.com has at least 25 recipes for punch.
serving suggestion: in a ice cube tray freeze the little plastic novelty spiders and ghost (etc...) into cubes and put them into drinks.
