She's just saying she doesn't mind your company during lunch time. You both take your lunch at the same time, you guys just agree to eat at the same place.
Ask her to eat sometime outside of the work schedule and see if she agrees.

Believe it or not, some guys do think about things other than banging any person that comes along. Maybe they just find you to be good company and enjoy your jokes, intelligence, opinions, etc.

absolutely not, unless you know of some previous attraction, then this may be a step one for him to get u into bed.
now if he said lets have dinner, that changes things for me. dinner is more personal and the time of night could be the perfect backdrop in his mind so i would have to turn that down.
