She's just saying she doesn't mind your company during lunch time. You both take your lunch at the same time, you guys just agree to eat at the same place.
Ask her to eat sometime outside of the work schedule and see if she agrees.

absolutely not, unless you know of some previous attraction, then this may be a step one for him to get u into bed.
now if he said lets have dinner, that changes things for me. dinner is more personal and the time of night could be the perfect backdrop in his mind so i would have to turn that down.
