why Iam asking is becuse albinos have poor eye-sight and if there is help, where,and how?

OK, so I have just gotten up off the floor because I fell there when I couldn't keep my balance while laughing so hard.
I do not see any reason an albino could not drive a car. I am sure if their eyesite is bad they can get glasses, contacts, or have laser surgery.

I don't understand why people find this question funny? yes, I am familiar with albinos these people do have problems with there sight but as long as they can some how correct there eyesight and pass the drivers test then yes they can drive. people with handicaps can do most anything other people can do, they just have to compesate more for the handicap. a person without legs can drive a car, an aputee can ski down a moutain, a blind can read, that is why they are called handicapable now instead of handicaped, what handicaps a handicapable person are the ignorant jerks who get in there way. ( and no I was not calling you an ignorant jerk, you asked the question that makes you O,K in my book!) its better to ask than to precieve wrongly.

Have you heard of opticians. Many people not just albino people have poor eye sight. The magical optician tests your eyes and gives you some glasses that can help you see better!!

Anybody (of legal age etc) can drive a car as long as they are medically and physically able to do so safely.
Generally as long as they can read a licence plate from the distance stated in the Highway Code (with glasses/lenses if necessary) this is fine.

I can't see why not. Check with the DVLA about it and see an optician about the poor eyesight. It's probably affected by bright sunlight so tinted specs might be all that's needed.
