Don't go to bed late. AND... don't eat anything just before you go to bed AND....don't do anything too "hyped up" like... intense computer games beforehand... keep your mind rested and relaxed AND..... set an alarm.

I find the best way to wake up early is to head to bed a little earlier. Be sure to get about 7-8 hours of sleep if you need that many. Lastly, set an alarm and make sure you get up when the alarm comes on. Keep doing it and you'll find that you'll have no problem waking up early. Your body will get adjusted to it. :)

the best way to wake up early is to sleep early...makes sense huh..if not yes, use your alarm clock, or set your biological watch by sleeping regurly at the same time..it works very well...go and sleep now so ypou can wake up early!!!
