the united kingdom and usa of america have been organization allies for around a hundred years. British and American squaddies have fought and died mutually on 1000's of battlefields all international extensive. Why could we no longer be allies? We talk the comparable language, the subculture is the comparable, our history is the comparable, our ideals and values in freedom and justice are greater or much less the comparable. there is not any reason at the back of us to offer up being allies and supply up scuffling with mutually for yet another hundred years. If the u . s . invades Iran for a stable reason, then the united kingdom will of direction area with usa of america. And why could the u . s . invade Russia? The chilly conflict ended two decades in the past

The Bible is full of a lot of weird and wacky stuff. There is even this one bit where this guy is supposed to come back from the dead after 3 days! Serious brain damage sets in after 4 minutes! Anyway, the point is that if you argue enough like a lawyer you can pull any meaning you want out of it. The people who said that are clearly idiotic right wing evangelists baying for islamic blood.

The Christian bible doesn't mention any specific nations with regard to prophecy. People have been making up their own interpretations of what is in the bible for so long now that it's a common Christian practice to do so. And it's also why Christianity has crumbled apart into the crumbs they call "denominations". Prayer and prophecy both rely on the interpretation of random events as divine occurrences. This has been scientifically proven.

The words Russia and Iran do not appear in the Bible, because those names didn't exist when it was written. However, their old names do appear --- Magog and Persia. Ezekiel 38:2 is one example of them being mentioned in prophecy. You should have thought beyond your narrow perspective before you launched into your ignorant insult. Well do you illustrate the level of stupidity to which we have sunk.

The prophecies in the book are only for those who have the spiritual discernment to understand them. Those people won't be posting on yahoo answers. If you find someone that close to God, make sure to ask... other than that, all us normal people can do is speculate, or listen to people who THINK they know what they are talking about. I'm just doing my end and letting God handle his business the way he does.

Ezekial 38 and 39. You have to know your history and ancient geography. Gog (Russia) and Persia (Iran) Will form and alliance with other Arab countries in order to attack Israel. The Bible cannot be read and understood without first studying history!

Somewhere in revelation, I'm guessing. Here's the closest thing I've found:
Revelation 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

It's in the book of Daniel. However you have to realize that Russia wasn't Russia when that was written.
