ya it does........but it is one of the biggest BS out there. Why would u want to do that? It kills off your layer of skin, thus exposing you to more ultraviolet rays, thus harming your skin=quick aging and possible skin cancer.
Love the skin your in and yourself and the universe will take care of the rest.

It does whiten the skin, I don't think it's permanent though, probably lasts only about a month or less, long enough for new skin cells to recycle the old bleached ones.

yes it does work using bleaching products but with no hydroquinone..Try diana stalder product the papaya kojic soap and whitening cream and their products are very effective. check out customers testimonials and you will find out more about the products... They have the best skin whitening lightening products... check this out..
