No. She's doing everything opposite of what a Mom who wants her kids back would do. I have to give her credit for not driving under the influence during this accident and she was wearing underwear (what a testimonial). She knows the media is following her and she is egging them on by wearing a pink wig and driving around late at night without a clue of the impression she is leaving--that's not acting responsibly, in my opinion. She was also seen coming out of a liquor store loaded down with wines or liquors or something. If she wants her kids back, she has to stop acting like a kid herself and back out of the media limelight (hard as it might be).

Yes, I definitely think that Brittany wants her kids back. I mean what mother wouldn't want her kids back after they've been taken away? That has to be the most devastating feeling in the world and I wish her all the best and I hope that everything works out for her and her kids. I'm rooting for you Brit!!!!!!

That's a definite no.
I read in the magazine I saw at WaldenBooks, I quote: "Whatever, I never wanted them anyway." No joke, that's what she said in the magazine.
I hope she never gets them back. There was also an article in which Kevin called her letting her know the kids were on the way to visit, and even though she was well aware, she didn't answer the door when they came, and she left them outside with the driver hoping they'd go back to Kevin's.
She's a terrible mother.

yes i think she does. even though she is going through stuff which is caused worse by the paparatzee, she is still human and when a human has a baby that they have carried with them everywhere for a whole year they love them. the public wont let britney lead a good life they put too much stress on her and so she does stupid things. then that puts even more stress on her when they take her kids away from her. K-Fed doesnt diserve them he already has kids that he doesnt take care of. I think that britney does want her kids back and she diserves them a lot more than K-Fed does.

yes but i think she is "caught up"
what i mean is she is preoccupied with her own depression over the divorce, getting older, not having her kids, public embarrassment, how to get her career back on track, probably being worried if she will ever marry and find love again, etc
she really has a lot on her plate and a lot of the folk criticizing her might not do as well in the same situation
but
if i take your intention of the question correctly, you are right in that she is not doing what she needs to do to get custody
people are very judgmental of single mothers these days and she will need to be very pristine in order to have her children with her again

No, she just wants to flash her baps and get p*ssed all the time!
If she'd wanted to keep her kids she'd have ditched her unsuitable behaviour BEFORE they were removed. She was given plenty of chances by the judge.
IMO those poor kids should be released for adoption. Neither of their parents are suitable role models or have the maturity to take on the responsibility of raising children.

Yes, but I think she wants it all back. I feel like she wants to be a family with Kevin and wants all or nothing. Maybe she thinks if he has to be with them everday and constantly deal with her, he will come back and make things right.
If that so it has backfired, but i really believe she just wants everyone to see har pain right now.
PS. I've never been a fan, so this isn't biased.

How can someone with a modicum of intelligence do the things she is CONTINUING to do and expect to get her kids back?
I'm not star struck but can't turn on any news without seeing this plastered about.

I think she is not aware of whats happening around her. she is having a serious melt down and anyone who comes late for their court date late, taking time for a quick photo session and then entering the courtroom with a can of cola isnt functioning right.

Well i think so, i mean how can a person live without their children for like..... eva. I think so, and her hubby has no right to seperate a mother from her children, i mean she has to like atleast see them! And to tell you the truth i dont really know much about celebrities, so if you think tis is wrong... Sowi
