The baby sounds stuck..You need to get your rat to the vet..You're females life is at risk-

I would suggest you find an alternate food source for your bearded dragons..so many people love thier pet rats, and are constantly trying to change the fact that people use them as reptile feed. I'm one of those people.
Try putting vasoline around the inside of the vagina, to lubricate and hopefully the baby will pop out..unfortunately it's not had any oxygen, and will be dead.

Poor things...
(had to offer my two cents)

Just a rat eh? It's a living animal in pain.

Try to remove the baby yourself, but she really needs to go to the vet - even it is to be put down humanely instead of dying a slow painful death.

Have some compassion.

I understand that other animals have to eat too, but to let that poor rat sit there and die is unforgivable. If you can't/won't take it to a vet right away then you should find someone that just might take it!!! And do it quickly!

Why do you bread rats for your beards? That's ridiculous. They don't need that much meat! They do fine on a diet of crickets, worms, fruits and veggies.

Leave her alone if you're not going to take her to a vet. They might both (all?) die.

"Zoo" 's reply is right on!
If you could only feel a portion of the pain the poor voiceless rat could feel, you'd be down on knees !
Have some kindness and compassion for another warm blooded animal with the senses of excruciating pain!
"Just for breeding purposes" lousy reason to allow unnecessary suffering!

You must have some big beardies if your breeding rats, I would give mine a pinkie from my mice, that i was breeding for my snakes. Maybe just something to cut your losses with either it will be fine or not.

If you can help pull the baby out without hurting the momma or getting bit try to do so....but if it is just a feeder rat breeder, then concider her lost and go get another one. Rats are cheap. Don't go to a vet. Not worth the $.
