Lolz, this is definitely the Malay language that originates in the Malayan archipelago. I am Malay so I can confirmed it. Here's the translation.

Huhuhu (weird laughing expression)... tu la... jgn beli kat lelong nyer (I told you already not to buy at the jumble sale) Nah ni contoh gunblade yg si Squall pakai! ( Here's an example of a gunblade that Squall uses)

It has Indonesian words in it, but there are many Indonesian languages. I would have to hear it, or see it in the native script.

Perhaps zulu? As far as I know,"bele" in zulu means "beer" and you mentioned "beli" perhaps that means "beers"
