I think that yahoo answers is the last place you should be asking this question. If you would get something a stranger suggested, I don't think you should be allowed in the tattoo salon in the first place :( Not trying to be mean, but since you already have tattoos you know they're hard to remove, and they're statements. Make them personal to you so you don't regret them.

Only you can decide what you want.

It really should be something that has meaning to you, marks a specific phase in your life, or is symbolic of who you are.

Don't rush into it. If you know what you want, but are having trouble finding the right sort of design, speak to your tattooist. Most good tattoo artists can custom design a piece for you ~ this also guarantees the uniqueness of the image.

There are also people who design freelance. {I do a few in my spare time}. And maybe a few of the artists who design flash also do commisions.

What you should get for your next tattoo is something that you like... and that you aren't ever going to get tired of. I have several tattoos, and my favorite one is the eyes on the back of my neck... They're cool!

Yeah I totally agree with some of these people, that you should pick it out yourself. You make the choice of putting it on your body why would you want someone else's idea. I have a butterfly with tribal art that my boyfriend drew for me and I love that one cause it is unique and special too me and then I love tigers so I have a tiger face. and I am thinking the next one I get will be paw prints but not sure where I want them.

i've just had a brilliant tatoo on my foot, can't tell you what it is,incase you copy it!It was worth the pain tho.I can relate to what the other people are saying when they are telling you not to bother cos' you'll regret it.I had a stupid playboy bunny on my back, five years ago and i hate it! I have to go back next week and get it covered with something else!Think very carefully, get something subtle and meaningful.Look on the internet and tatoo books.

Do you seriously want recommendations from strangers?

Getting a tattoo is personal and permanent. If you can't think of what you want for yourself then you shouldn't get one.

Get something you really like. I have a hummingbird with a morning glory next to it, roses on my ankle, a dove with a banner saying Prince of Peace, a cartoon devil with 2 scrolls that have my two son's names in them, because they were little devils and a pain in my @^*. I like to get a pretty butterfly next.

Not to seem rude, but you might want to think about this one- and have some idea, before you brand yourself forever and ever.

Hey, I'm not anti-ink...just make sure you know for sure. I wouldn't want to put something on my bod that someone else randomly suggested.
Good Luck.

The tattoo will be permanent, so you are the only one who should decide that.
