It's so hard trying to lose weight here because I'm only offered the caferteria food. my finances wont allow me to go else where. I really wont to lose my stomach thats it. I've been doing 50 situps every morning and this morning I did a 100. But alot of people are telling me that i need to run to lose the belly fat, but I'm not in shape, atleast not enough to run 7 miles. And I cant do a calorie diet b.c I dont know how to keep up with the calories b.c its all cafeteria food and calories dont show.....i really want to lose mainly belly fat.....

Stop eating high fat, greasy food.
I'm sure your school cafeteria has a salad bar. You can have that with a nice piece of grilled chicken or turkey. Lean meat like roast beef is good too.
Burgers fries, onion rings, hot dogs, steak sandwiches, fried chicken or fried anything is out the window.
You can have tuna also, but make sure it's not loaded with mayo.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies and LEAN meats.
Oh, no soda either - even diet. Drink water or caffeine free sugar free tea/coffee. Juice is good too, but make sure there's no added sugar - just natural sugar.
Also, try exercising. If your campus does not have access to a gymnasium, I'm sure there's a walking track somewhere you can go. Also, try walking to class, cafeteria instead of driving.
get lots of sleep. The body uses that time to refresh.

There is a book called Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate Counter by Allan Borushek its good to keep in your purse its not a big book. It will help u in the cafeteria stay away from fried, gravied foods. You have to run, swim, cycle some kind of cardio to lose the weight u cant start at 7 miles start with a mile walk then build up to a mile run and go from there, also u should lift weights u wont get huge muscles because in order to do that u have to eat alot but if u limit your calories and work out u will lose the weight. All u need is an hour to work out u can do sit ups all day and if u dont lose the fat that covers them u wont see them also your body fat has to be low to show a sixpack another good book is called The ABS Diet
. Good Luck

You don't have to run-it just gets you there faster. Walk instead. Do it at least 30 minutes a day at a moderate pace. Enough to feel your heart, but not enough to cause you to have a heart attack. Use the steps instead of the elevator. park further away from the door. The math is simple: Put out more than you take in to lose weight. Finding the method is not always as easy. But it is hard to beat walking to get back or get into shape. Watch the kind of food you eat and avoid fried, fast food junk. Add more fiber because fiber moves food through your body and you absorb less calories. Go easy on it at first as you don't want to be running to the bathroom all the time. But adding fruits and vegetables to your diet can help. Try Southbeach diet or talk to your medical adviser for guidance. Good Luck!

You need to do a lot of exercise to equilibrate your calories. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you to burn a lot of fat...
You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.
If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.
I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical and Hoodia. Their results are excellent and fast.

Try not to eat as much, and try to pick out the healthiest of the foods offered. And keep doing sit ups everyday. Slowly but surely they'll make a difference. Don't expect it to happen over night. It all takes time. Have patience.

Get a bike and ride around campus. Cycling burns more calories than running and it is easier on your legs and back. Go to a bike shop and find out what size you need and stay away from Wal-Mart and Target when you go to buy one. Check out the local bike shops web sites to see if they have a classifieds to find a good used bike.
