My sister has a service on her phoneline which is stopping her from getting broadband how do you get it clear.

She had her phone services with BT,POST OFFICE and finally Talk Talk all of who deny putting any service on the line so where does she go from here.

If the carriers won't provide DSL on the phoneline, it may be that she is too remote from the nearest switching office. DSL can only work within 5 km of the switching office, so any home that is more remote than that can't get DSL. Perhaps she should contact a cable provider for cable internet? (Do they do that in the UK?)
