Somewhere between the hot and the cold? Somewhere between the new and the old? Somewhere between who I am and who I used to be? Somewhere between the wrong and the right? Somewhere between the darkness and the light? Somewhere between who you were and who He's making you?

With eyes wide open to the differences, the God we want and the God who is? But will we trade our dreams for His or are we caught in the middle?

So, are you caught in the middle?

No, I am not lukewarm - I am on fire for Jesus! Although I am retired, I make an effort to tell someone about Him everyday, whether it be in this forum, at the grocery store, or a restaurant. I truly want others to see Jesus in me. I want people I've know for years to see that I'm not the same person I used to be. God bless you, and thank you for asking this question.

Okay, this question does not make any sense! What are you trying to say? Is it a riddle or just plain nonsense? It sounds like you are caught somewhere in the middle of something.

Going forward one step at a time is the evidence that Jesus is your Lord. Sometimes we stumble or take a step back and fall flat. But Jesus is always there to help us get back up and continue in the way. We must finish the race that is set before us, never give up, never look back, and always keep up our guard..........

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8

I like the way John Bunyon said it in his classic tome Pilgrim's Progress .........Then I saw that there was a way to hell, even from the gates of heaven,..... This is a great book to read for Christians "in the way" . It points out the many dangers along the route to heaven that can and must be avoided.

I rather like the middle. It allows me a reasonably clear view of the extremes.

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. Luke 16:13
