Haha. I don't think so. He hates, too. A lot. Any extreme emotion is for handling situations at the time. Any extreme emotion that is drawn out and dwelt on becomes an obsession and changes your heart. Never camp out at your problems or strong emotions. Don't look at the problem, look at the solution. Hate is like love. Everything has a purpose and we have these feelings for many reasons. I wouldn't worry one little bit about god and my hate when I talk to him. If he can't handle our hate, then he shouldn't expect us to handle his.

I was once told that if you hate you kill, if you dislike that's different. Prayer is always good, but first try to remove the anger, Pray for the Lord to remove the hate and anger, then pray for what you need to pray for. Also pray for the Lord to forgive your sins first so nothing interferes with your prayers being answered.

Yes God does care if we have hate in our heart. It is a sin to hate. God tells us to love one another, hate isn't love and isn't from God . Having hate in our heart puts a wall up between us and God so how can we pray to Him with a wall between us. If we are separated from HIM how can He hear our prayers. We need to pray forgiveness before we can begin prayer so our prayers can and will be heard.

When I am angry with someone I always ask God to forgive me at the start of my prayer. I also ask the Father to forgive the person that I an angry with or even feeling hatred for.

yes he does., but I don't think anger is a sin, it's what you do out of anger that is the sin. I'm sure you will feel better after you pray, If you have anger after you pray, you should return to your knees and ask Him to help you deal with it.

Yes, if you are angry with your brother you are to make peace first..I don't think he would mind if you prayed to have strength to forgive...
