Yoga and Pilates are both good exercises. All it takes is some space and an inexpensive DVD.
A stability ball is very versitile in terms of the types of workouts you can do - you can work your legs, arms, abs and back by doing various exercises.
You could also make a small investment in some free weights. As you increase your muscle mass, it will help burn fat and calories. Working your biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders are all good upper body exercises. Doing squats, lunges and deadlifts are good for the lower body.
The possibilities are endless. :-)

Anything that gets you sweating and gets your heartrate up will help you lose weight. Long walks, jogs, runs, swimming, hiking, basketball, dancing, raquetball anything you like really........My advice would be to find a good pilates video on youtube (there are a lot on there) and see if you like it. Look at it this way pretend you are a little kid and you are going to play for recess, what would you play?

Try walking up and down your stairs and you can also do push ups by putting your legs on the couch while laying on the floor.
