It depends on how your plan was set up in the first place. It could terminate the day after employment, or the last day of the month you were fired.
You'll have to check with your HR department.
Also, if they're subject to COBRA, they'll be sending you an offer to continue your health insurance, AT YOUR COST. Keep an eye out for that, or ask about COBRA when you call the HR department.

Insurance is usually good to the end of the pay period the premium has been deducted for. COBRA coverage will be offered to allow you to carry it forward; usually within 30 days of termination,
