i'm 18 and she is 17 where should i take her?

well if you are close enough to the gulf coast, take a drive out there towards sunset, and just walk along the beach as the sun goes down, that way its quiet and you can talk and get to know one another better, be sure to bring a jacket with you incase she gets a little cold. i know it sounds kinda cheesy, but if you take her to the movies on a first date shes not going to be that interested. im sure shes had a few first dates that involved movie theaters, so throw her off a little bit be surprising, you can also take her to a nice restraunt. good luck.

Hold on, have you asked her about her favorites along with your simple "Hi, Hellos"? Because the perfect place for me is the place I really wanted to go. If she has mention to you (unintentionally) that she likes to go on a sunset walk on the beach then prepare for it. Or if she enjoys history then take her to a museum. The place must be something that she has interest with. But most of all, you have to prepare yourself. The place might be perfect but you get astounded when you see her smile thus losing words to chat with her. Uhhh--ohh! Hehe. Well, wherever it is..just enjoy the moment with her. Just a tip: Be sure to ask questions that are not answerable by YES or NO only. Try to have open questions so you can have an enjoyable conversation. Trail ride (if the budget exists)

A lunch date potentially? Find out what food types she likes
Remember, the whole point of a first date is to get to know each other. That means you want to have the opportunity to talk; to find each others interests, hobbies, likes and dislikes, and humor.
Movies are the standard, but the guy that wants to talk... and listen - he is the guy that you take seriously. He is the guy you have the chance to laugh with, and hope to get to know better with date number two!
A single flower - rose or something exotic is a nice touch as well!

I guess you should go to the park, play some sports, then get some ice cream or pizza. If it's in the winter go to the park and have a snowball fight( it's challenging and fun for the girls) Dont give in, but dont like attack the poor girl with snowballs
Then get some hot chocolate.
DONT go to a movie theater, becouse, thats one of the worst places to TALK and get to know the person.

I think the ideal place would be a terrace ..You'd buy some drinks or ice cream and have a nice talk...

ok so what is something you love doing. like fishing. or whatever. show her a part of your daily life that you enjoy and let her be part of it! i love it when a guy lets me in his life and takes the time to share something enjoyable to him with me! good luck!
