I've worn glasses for about 20 years (I'm in my 30's). Suddenly, I don't need my glasses! I had an astigmatism, prism, and I was nearsighted. It started as very blurry vision closeup that was perfect without my glasses. Now I can see nearly perfectly far away too. No need for the prism either! Don't get me wrong, it's nice, but I'm quite curious about it. I went to the doctor and he said he's seen it a few times in his 35 years as an eye doc. What causes this? Goodness this is weird!

Another proof that doctors don't know everything. I also used to wear glasses and my vision improved completely within a few months of doing eye exercises. Most doctors told me that I would NEVER be able to see clearly again.

And YES, thank God and praise Him for what happened.

Best regards,

here's the good news:
You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.

You can check this method based on a scientnfic researches : http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413

if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision? program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!

There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight... To know how to do that you can find here a compelte method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price:

http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413

I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Anyway i suggest to check the link that i posted :) It worked for me
Hope it helps.

Yes, I've seen it (no pun intended) from time to time.

Random variations have got to move in the right direction for some people, and most folk in their 30's are slowly drifting *longsighted* and have with-the-rule astigmatism reducing.
(or changing axis)

A really sudden shift in Rx does raise the question of an underlying condition, even if it's in a convenient direction: a sugar test if there's any reason to suspect diabetes might be reasonable.
People in their 60's suddenly able to read without glasses usually means the start of nuclear sclerotic cataract.
"I can see better if I take my glasses off" is not a strange comment at least in that age group.

The lens inside the eye changes its shape and density over time. Those changes are the most likely explanation for both increase in and decrease in prescription in adults. BTW, excluding improvement of distance vision during onset of presbyopia would exclude almost all the cases of spontaneous reduction in prescription I have seen.

Young kids with a hyperopia usually grow out of their glasses. Essentially, hyperopia occurs when a eyes are too short from front to back. As we grow, our eyes change shape, and thus it is possible for a child with hyperopia to eventually have no refractive error, or less refractive error than the year beforehand. That is the most common example of improved eyesight naturally.

I heard astigmatism can improve. Mine has. If that was basicly your only reason for needing glasses, maybe thats what happened.
Most importantly, praise and thank God for this! It will save you trouble and money.
