No. If it did, the brass would expand to the point where the weapon would jam, or you would have extreme difficulty removing them from the cylinder.

Not sure, but the marks on the bullet will match the gun, and the fingerprints left on the bullet will also be on the gun :)

No, it won't. I have used cyanoacrylate ester to recover fingerprints from spent casings many times.

I doubt it. It might dry the oil in place, but I don't think it would disappear without leaving an outline.
