The worst of the bunch --and there are plenty-- in my opinion, is Dizzay. I've been there only twice, but I find it full of trolls, sexual innuendos, and pornographic avatars. I believe Primoa is correct in stating that they don't delete inappropriate posts, because it really seems to be a troll's paradise.
They even have a knock-off version of the What Should I Do Retard, only this one is vile and disgusting.
