they noted my car number down even though i didnt do anything. He hasnt done a honest days living in his life he is 21. Since he`s left school he`s been home sleeping all day.
I dont know what to do as they wrote my car number down, will they take my car im really scared.

If the car is in your name and never used in a crime, they can't touch it. Sorry you have such problems. I would have a discussion with your parents. Maybe they can practice some tough love and get him back on the right track. By tough love I mean not supporting him financially in any way.

They can only take what belongs to your brother if there is an order to or he has defaulted on payments and the owner or lease holder wants it back. They took the car reg down to check if it's in his name, I take it you own or bought your car yourself. If so, don't worry, they will not take it away. Taking something away without approval is theft.

in our county, the bailiffs oversee the judicial system and decorum, along with keeping watch over the prisoners
have you co-signed for your brother? if so, you may be liable
and your possesions may be required to settle his debts
don't sweat until you see the actual summons or paperwork

if the car is in your name, they can't take it because of his debts. if he used it in committing a crime they can take it as evidence.
