How you "closed " the document?
If it is not power failure or something and you used normal windows application closing procedures, then no need to worry since by default microsoft word have 'autosave' feature.

Since you asked he question here, I guess it was not a normal closing. Sometimes, Microsoft word will ask you after a non-proper closing of application the list of documents which we can 'restore'. Otherwize you cannot do anything.

If somebody delivers a be conscious ( 2003 ) record on a Floppy ( as an occasion) and in case you have already got be conscious 2007 put in on your pc, then Microsoft be conscious 2007 will at once convert it to the recent version and open it for you. yet while: If somebody delivers a be conscious ( 2007 ) record on a Floppy ( as an occasion) and in case you have already got be conscious 2003 put in on your pc, then Microsoft be conscious 2003 won't at once convert it to the recent version and open it for you. it relatively is because of the fact be conscious 2007 being a greater moderen and as much as date version, there'll be too many stuff diverse in it then be conscious 2003. the perfect option for you would be to get be conscious 2007 put in on your pc. solid success.

Yes Open Microsoft Word and click on the File section and it's there anyway whether you consciously saved it or not.

If it has been not saved, have you deleted it. This happens in most cases. You must save when you close or it deletes

No, any files that have been "closed and not saved" are impossible to recover.

If autosave is on, you should be able to get it back. If not, I don't think it is possible.
