God does it for his "good pleasure" -- It is written throughout the Bible... In fact he laughs at human suffering! Why do you think that he created a sulfuric burning Hell to torment for ever and ever the vast majority of the human race that he loves so much?
Job 9:23 (NIV) When a scourge brings sudden death, he mocks the despair of the innocent.
Job 42:11 (KJV) Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over ALL THE EVIL that the LORD had brought upon him.
Life and death are realities of real life, you asked about a Biblical reason for dying... The Bible God created the world for his pleasure... he is a well defined sadistic monster in the mind of the Bible writers...

That is a very important question. It's a rather long answer, but I'll try and keep it condensed.
When Satan told Eve that essentially God was a liar; that she would NOT die if she ate of the forbidden fruit and that she would be like God, he brought into question the value and rightfulness of God's rule. Fast forward to the time of Job and Satan challenged Jehovah God himself and told him the only reason Job served him was because of the "hedge" that he'd put around him... the protection and blessings he received from God. That issue extended to all humanity. God has actually allowed this time so that Satan could be proved a liar. Scriptural prophecy tells us that God will act soon to end all this suffering. When he does no one in heaven or on earth will be able to say "hold it. we didn't try this or that." Over the history of humanity, we will have tried every form of government etc. imaginable. The truth of Jeremiah 10:23 will have been proven: "It does not belong to man to direct his own step." He is also is allowing time for us as individual humans to do what he asks at Prov. 27:11... "give a response to him that is taunting me." This will all be over soon and all this pain and suffering will be maybe not even a distant memory.

if God was real?
consider that for a moment, you hear people say God does not exist, there is no proof.
yet, until recently we did not know that on one of the moons of Jupiter it rains methane all the time.
20 years ago, someone could have speculated about methane rain, but until now, there was no proof.
Some are dying for their faith when just saying they don't believe would spare them. These people must know more than meets the eye
so if there is a God, why are people dying?
also, one person said death is sweet. The bible says death is the last enemy to be destroyed by God.

People die because of other humans. If God was to stop all the crimes, heal all the sick people and get rid of all diseases, then what would we do here?!
We need problems to solve in order to advance.
also don't blame God for all the bad things that are happening everyday, do you praise God for all the good things that are happening everyday?!
If you mean natural death, it's completely normal. how would the world look like if no one ever died?! what would the population be?!

Not trying to be overly profound here, but that's what we're born to do eventually - die. It's not this life that really matters - it's what comes afterward. Dying isn't the end, it's the beginning, and this is precisely because God is very real.

I am a spiritualist and i do not fear death at all. I believe in continuous existence of the human soul..........our body is what grounds us on the earth plane. Poeple cannot live forever, we were sent to the earth plane to complete our life path, then once we have done our work here we go to heaven. The realm we go to depends on the sort of life we have lived on the earth plane. The millions of poeple who die each day get to find out that the soul lives on.

We the mankind make our own destiny..........if some countries are doing better then it is people who make them so....ofcourse there are many who plunder other nations as well.So long as we do not take the entire world as our own we will continue to have all kinds of deaths.....it is high time the richer nations help build the poorer ones...the day we acheive that universal brotherhood there will be ever lasting peace which God desires.......

Since Jesus came to give anyone who follows him new spiritual life, why are billions of physically alive people not ready to sacrifice everything to gain that life while they still can?
So, maybe the question you ask depends on your point of view.
Physical life does not have to be all there is....

Some say that the 'goodness' of God is different in kind from goodness as we comprehend it. To say that God's 'goodness' is compatible with the worst disasters imaginable, is to empty this concept of its meaning. By human standards, the Christian God cannot by good. By divine standards, God may be 'good' in some unspecified, unknowable way - but this term no longer makes any sense.

Apoptosis....Oh, yes, also because we kill each other and commit suicide. Hmm...God exists, but he's a meanie, read the old testament...He kills lots of people, So I don't think he minds millions of people dying everyday.
