I personally belive there is some force, though i stopped beliveing in the christian/muslim/jewish god because i see this belife structure as flawed, they were all at one point one belief structure that broke up and decided that the other branches were out to get them unless they did something to the others first.

look at different christian denominations that fight to say they are the best choice

look at how jews, christians and muslims constantly fight each other for holy ground that truthfully belongs to all of them but they want to own it (crusades, and now in israel in the present day)

i have no problems with anyone of a specific faith, but i refuse to belong to a religeon that fights amongst it's brothers and sisters.

me, yes and no, agnostic, there is something but no specific name is given to what i belive

what about you, do you belive? if so what religeon do you belong or are you also agnostic?

I believe in a higher life form, whether that form is god I don't know.
As for a specific faith, i guess i have my own as i take a little of many faiths and try to live the best way I can without hurting others.

God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Interesting obseravtion, though I beg to differ. So long as you believe in God your quest to know more about this truth becomes a desire in your heart. If you are willing to keep your mind open and are willing to accept the positives then your search is on...be it Christ or any other faith...you have to be 100% sure in what you desire. Never build walls around you and give a chance to understand all faith......this is how many great people have had the opportunity to get closer to the ultimate truth.....Would not the world be a wonderful place to live in if we all believed in one God ?

Yes Allhamdullah I believe only and only on ALLAH (S.W.T) as he is the only one creator of this world there is no but Only One Allah.

Allah
What is the basic teaching of Islam about Allah?
Islam teaches that there is one, and only one, ALLAH Who is the Creator and Controller of the entire universe. He is unique in every respect, and there is nothing which bears any likeness to Him. He is the Knower of all things, and has full power over the whole of creation. He does not stand in need of anything at all, while everything is totally dependent on Him. He possesses all the perfect qualities, and man should worship Him, and Him alone.

Is there any name for God that Muslims use specially?
Yes. According to Islam, the personal name of God is the Arabic word Allah. Personal name means that it is the name which refers only to Him, and to Him rather than to any particular quality that He possesses. It is pronounced as follows:
AL - as in the English word al-arm.
LAH - la as in the word la-rge.
The word Allah denotes that Allah is the One Who possesses all the perfect attributes. The Quran itself gives this meaning when it says:
"Allah has the most excellent names (or qualities)." (7:180)

Not so long ago, some were hung, burned, quartered, drowned, beheaded, for refusing to believe that the earth was the center of the universe. In the grand scheme of things, we're still right there.

i believe that there are many gods (lower case) out there

There is but one GOD and that is the God of the bible.

Mormons have a different god
so do catholics, Buddhists, Muslims, JWs, and all other that reject the only proven God Jesus Christ.

yup sound narrow minded but the bible says Jesus is "the" way John 14:6
Must be no other way.

but we do not know what is power behind this...!by what has been operating everyday...! so there may be a god...!

Don't look at what people do in the name of religion, look into the original teachings, and then decide what you believe.

Horrible things have been done in the name of Christianity, but I know for certain it's not what Jesus taught, and surely not what the God I met through Christianity would have wanted.

I believe in this magic, vast, beautiful and eternal universe, that it has created so much beauty and created all the animals on earth including us. We may have separated ourselves, but we are not separate. We all just try to explain it, that is our nature. Our evolution is science, our clinging to the past's explanations is religion.
