There is no connection between the flu jab and the way you are feeling today. Did you not read the information leaflet you were given yesterday?

You were probably coming down with a cold anyway. There is zero need for a drama. It's only a cold.

It happens to me virtually every year I have the flu jab, but it usually takes 2 or 3 days before it affects me that way.

What you must understand is that the flu jab is given in an attempt to get your body to build up it's own defences against influenza, hence your feeling a bit off colour.

The injection you were given was a very weak strain of Flu, weak enough for your body to fight it off and become immune to other stronger strains of Flu. That is how immunisations work.
At the moment you have very mild Flu, but you will recover easily and quickly and you will be immune to Flu.

Yes, some people react like this but it usually takes 3 days to feel like this.

Sounds like you wre brewing a cold/infection before you had your flu jab.

Drink plenty of fluids and take paracetomol. You should feel better in a couple of days.

hugs.

That is because the flu jab carries a strain of the flu virus which gets into your system

The jab makes you get ill and then it fights it.... then it will be ready if you get a cold

The flu jab is not really proven to work and alot of people get sicker than usual after having it

I think a connection must exist. It may be your body is drawing heat energy internally to produce antibodies in preparation.
