The best way to improve your push-ups is to do push-ups. Do them all day long. Twenty at a time every hour should do it. Make sure you do them correctly. FM 21-20 on google search will show how to do them correctly.

This link shows the Army Standard for Push-ups. The only way to get better at doing push ups is by doing push ups. I would recommend getting into a routine of doing them at least 3 times a day. Find out how many are required for you and work towards that goal at first. Then once you meet that goal continue to do them until muscle failure and not just the standard.
If this link does not work search the FM below.

Practice regularly so that you can make 100 push-ups.

the old saying "Practice makes perfect" is the best I can say. Maybe have someone watching you to point out if/when you are losing form so that you can work on that.
