I do not know if when you die in your sleep if it hurts but I am sure if you die while in surgery it would hurt because you do not feel anything then

THE RiGHT ANSWER IS HERE:
the death is natural from god,it need some physical reasons (disease) normally but there are exceptions too where without any reason death occure even for youngsters and childs and people with good health.
Now the reality behind pain: human is integration of phisical body(made of matter) and spritual soul (other than matter, somthing from sky).
At death soul leave body with and without pain.
if u passed ur whole life on right way.If u die fighting for truth, and helped other human beaings, u havnot killed rights of others.ur soul will be relaxed. and will die without pain like u REMOVE HAIR FROM FLOUR.
Otherwise if ur life full of sines then death will be like
REMOVING SKIN OF LIVE GOAT.
So do good things and order others to do for good life and life after death.
May allah forgive our sines and give us place in heaven.

i would imagine any death that doesn't see your nuts being crushed in a meat-grinder. come on dude, are you serious. use some common sense, even though it ain't that common. dying in your sleep, gunshot would to the head,carbon monoxide poisoning, and certain poisons rank right up there. but in all honesty, death itself is painless. it is sometimes the shocked of impending death that hurts more than the physical toll this experience may take.

Brain anurism.
Explosive heart attack. Grand mall seizure.
Bullet to the head.
Opiate overdose.
Drink youself to death.
Fall of a highrise building.
Hit by a comet.
Drown while drunken.

Yes with enough pain medicine. Some people are not helped by the medicine though.

if a person dies in coma.he will not feel any pain while dieing.hopefully the person does not suffer before going into coma.

get shot in the head between the eyes or get drunk and fall off a 50 storey building.
