You could develop a latex allergy from being in constant contact with latex. It happens sometimes to healthcare workers who are constantly wearing latex gloves .

If this is a serious question, then I would have concerns that keeping it covered in a condom all night could cause things like dermatitis from the latex, and also a buildup of bacteria that could cause things like a urinary tract infection, and things of that sort. Try talking to your doctor, maybe there is some sort of undergarment you can buy that will help you so as not to wake up with the sheets soiled, etc......

Wearing a condom for prolonged periods of time can reduce blood flow to organ. Worst case: amputation required.
Of course, this may solve the frequent wet dream dilemma.

First of all, don't think too happy thoughts before sleeping, easy on the porn. maybe that would help lessen the many wet dreams lol...and also, find another way to minimize the mess besides wearing latex during sleep, it is worn during sex...not on any other occasion.

You are better off putting an old beach towel under you to absorb the leakage.

well on a personal note i know guys that use them when they...well to be blunt masturbate....to keep from making the mess. i would be concerned about the constant contact of the latex that someone else mentioned because it might be an irritant eventually. you may just have to plan to wash the bedclothes alot...
