Whats something I can do with the dried leaves to put inside for my three cats? They are inside cats, and they love the smell, but I cant have the plants inside.

MAke little cloth packages and sew the cat nip inside of them. Instant Cat toys!

Easiest is to stuff it down into the toe of an old sock and let them play with that.
If you have a sewing machine, use some scrap fabric to make small catnip filled tubes and pillows.

open a toy mouse and put inside,get some old cooton cloth put inside and sew up,like little squares.
