Jesus already started the church and died for it so anything you start would be manmade and not a scriptural church.

I really don't understand the other answers you have received on this question.
If you want to start a non-denominational church, you begin by getting a few people together to worship. I am assuming you are interested in starting a Christian non denominational church.
You really don't have to have many people, many large non-denominational churches today, started with just a few people. You should probably adopt, or write up a church creed stating what you believe about the Holy Bible, and how you choose to translate its teachings. You should write up some by-laws for the church, stating when you plan to meet and at what time of day or night. Also mentioning who the officers of the Church will be. You might want to have in your by laws that it takes a certain percentage of the membership to hire or fire staff members. What kind of staff would you want, such as a Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Music Director, etc.
You should mention what percentage of the membership is required to pass a vote on how church money is spent, etc.
You may prefer to wait on writing up the necessary documents until after the group has grown to 7 or 8 people. All of the above might not be necessary while the group is small.

You don't,there are some that claim to be non-denominational already, but each follows it's own interpretations of the bible. Why would god give us his word in such a confusing manner?-he wouldn't of course.Hence he didn't.
