First thing you need to do is get sensors that can interface to a computer. Two vendors who may help: Oregon Scientific (they sell a lot of stuff through Wal-Mart), and Davis Instruments, in the San Francisco Bay area. Once you have data in the machine, you can cook software to tweak web pages. Differentiate between the two systolic systems of organi measurement.
