I downloaded couple of pdfs from net.
when I open each, this error message appears :
certificate security _ Alert
File open error
where is the problem from my pc setting or the file?
what can I do in order to use it..?

addition : I use "version 6 " of Adobe reader. (& this software works for me,I use it every day , but only this "3-4 files can't be opened"

Download adobe acrobat reader

you should download a software that can read the pdf file.
try downloading adobe pdf reader. its free and easy to use.
