There is a reason and purpose for all things, including human suffering. Sometimes our suffering is where we end up being closest to God. Why does God allow this and choose to work this way? We don't really honestly know, but we have faith that in the end, God, who created all that exists, knows what He is doing, and that those areas of life's meaning that are now hidden to us will in the end be revealed to us.

Try reading the Book of Job in the Old Testament. It's a story about a guy who did everything right, didn't sin, but had some pretty terrible things happen to him. But he never cursed God or blamed God for his condition.

God tests our faith under good and bad circumstances and rewards us in next life if we pass His tests. This life is for tests of our souls only. The test of a man whom God gives lots of wealth is the hardest because he has to account how he spent the wealth beyond his necessities. If he spends extra money to help others or he wasted in luxurious things like cars, airplanes, expensives houses or womem. He is in bigger trouble that commen people with only enough to survive.

In a psychological sense there is a general difference between the theists and the atheists.
Theists tend to let their emotions control their lives. Atheists are often more in control of their emotions and just listen to emotions without letting emotions take control.

So the feeling of being treated badly is much stronger for a theist than for an atheist.

Because IF God exists, why should it be bothered about us? It seems that many people seem to need to believe that someone or thing is watching out for them in this big scary world, perhaps it's too terrifying to get through it on our own?

Either:

- He's a wierdo - he creates us, loves us, then tortures us. Imagine you kept a load of rabbits. You love the rabbits. You help the rabbits. But you keep out of sight. And you only reward the rabbits that lick a little rabbit proof picture of you. Why? Why would you do a peverse thing like that? He sounds a little twisted.

OR

- He doesn't actually exist.

Either way, the afterlife isn't looking promising.

Some time nice guy have to be test & challenge. Like raw mineral need to be burn ,hit to get the pure , high quality one.

After be treated horribly, one will get experience or stronger.
May be God want to test them whether they should be bless or not.

listen ...this god thing is really doing my head in,, i am a devoute beliver ..or was .. now so much s.h.i.t. has happened that i do question things... i feel bad about it.. look at the world around us.. but in the bible god did happen to mention that man would be killed by his own hand,, i guess lots of stuff that happens can be our own choice.. in some respects, but we always need someone to blame.. hey and gods right there for us to do that,, xx my theory anyway..
I think the main thing is that you are a good person...no matter what you believe

Read Psalms 37 and 73. These will give you very good answers. Jesus even says in the Bible that we will be hated for his namesake. Our reward is in heaven.

I know what you mean - I've always managed to land on my feet ... probably cos I take responsibility for my own life - the 'good' and the 'bad'.

God isn't the reason behind it. Jesus Christ went through a lot of things on this earth to. Don't worry we all have to answer to God. Sometimes things happen to non believers that we will never know about. Vengence is my sayeth the Lord. God wins in the end!!! God Bless
