I need more details.
Did you dream the dream or was it someone else? Who were the people in the dream? What did you feel like?

Trees symbolize growth.
Your dream says two main things (but again: more details are needed):
1. You are not walking a sturdy spiritual path. You are surrounded by a lot of spirituality and great people, but the growth you are experiencing is minor, compared to the resources at your fingertips.
2. You must learn from people more than anything else, and this is symbolized by the people in your dream being taller than the small trees. Small growth is present, but people are taller, are greater than the 'small' growth you are currently experiencing.

Feel free to contact.

Hi there Auntie,

In Scripture, the symbology of trees are people.....

People, therefore, are like unto Trees, plants, seeds, and weeds of course.....

Think on this: small trees are small people.... and as the people are taller than them, these small trees are smaller individuals....... You mentioned that there are teachers in this respect.... Well it is only perspective and it shows that someone is in the process of learning..... and light is understanding for that matter......

Oh... and an Oak tree, that they are, indicates the potential in these small folks.....
