I am a Pisces. I recently moved to a coastal area and completely fell in love with the Ocean. I have always been fond of the Ocean but I have become obsessed with it and with surfing although I never had the desire to do it prior to this.
Does this have anything to do with my sign?

I am also a Pisces and Iove the ocean. Pisces is a water sign. I moved very close to the ocean and would go there every day if I could. I am so drawn to it. When I am swimming in it sometimes I get the strongest urge to just keep swimming further and further. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

I love the ocean too :) Im not a pisces but I do want a beach house I feel at peace when im at the beach

Maybe, maybe not. I think the important thing is that if you like identifying as a Pisces and match a lot of the typical descriptions, then I say go have fun with it.
Personally I wouldn't call myself a believer in astrology, but I don't see the harm in owning a Pisces coffee mug, just as I don't see what the big deal is in owning a keychain with my "Egyptian name" on it or plaque with my first name etymology.
Oh, and my sign is in fact Pisces.

I'm a Gemini with Moon in Virgo. I love the ocean because it sets me free. When I surf on the waters, I have the feeling I'm skateboarding on nature. I also love seahorses, and snorkeling.

I'm a pisces and love water too, but personally, I don't put stock into astrology. There are plenny folks out there who love being in water and who are not pisces.
