Zero, unless you are a child actor you don't have anyone depending on your income. Maybe if you are a parent already at 14 but your child would get SS if a parent was working.
You could buy life insurance but if you are healthy your odds of dieing are very low, if not healthy you can't buy it.
I spend $100 a year on a policy of whole life at 19 for 5K in case I needed a funeral but it was a total waste of money.
When you become a parent buy a million in term life until then don't buy any.

There are several reasons you may want to buy life insurance protection inlcuding, to pay off any debts, pay for your final expenses, or leave money to your family.
The way to find the cheapest life insurance for someone 14 years of age would be to compare several quotes for life insurance protection from several different insurers. Why? Because rates mayu vary by up to 50% or more between insurers depending on the type of life insurance you buy.
Permanent or whole life insurance will stay in place for your entire life and will build cash value within the policy. However, this type of life insurance may be more expensive than term life.
Term life insurance offers the lowest cost and maximum amount of protection for young people.
However, term life insurance builds no cash value. Term life insurance provides coverage for a specific number of years, usually 10, 15, 20 or 30 years.
It depends on why you need the life insurance coverage, how much you need, for how many years, and what you can afford.
The cheapest amount of coverage would be for about $10,000 or $15,000 of protection. However, some term life insurance may be very cheap for $25,000 of coverage.
You can compare rates for term life insurance at https://www.efinancial.com/smartquoteefc.aspx?source=389-707-1
I hope that helps! Best of luck to you.

If you are thinking of a cash value type policy, reconsider and compare to no load mutuals, etc.. as returns may be greater.
If you are looking for some coverage to bury, etc.. take a look at your existing coverage to see if you can add a child rider. Typical cost is about $60 per year for $10,000 and all children would be covered by this.

There are some good answers here, but just to clarify, the main reason to buy life insurance is to provide for your spouse and dependents, if you die. If you don't have any of those, there is no need to have any substantial life insurance.

What possible reason could a fourteen year old have for life assurance? Don't buy any - that's as cheap as it gets.
