Yes, drugs are a filthy poison and there is no excuse for it.
I can't imagine how he would get ahold of drugs in the first place let alone sell them.
I would warn him, give him ONE chance to quit before I would turn him in. How would you feel if someone died from those drugs after you did nothing?

Don't rat on him, confront him and tell him to quit or else. He has to know he is doing wrong but he does not need to go to the legal system for punishment. There is a witch hunt and this country is at the heart of it. We need to regulate drugs in a medical not a legal way. Tell the nurse and not the law if you really care about him/her. Alcohol was illegal at one time and the lessons learned need to be applied to the current drug problems. Our constitution states that the government cannot declare war on the citizens and the drug war is a war on the people who use the drugs. A drug cannot shoot back so the people do.

My bro smokes pot, which is so irrasponsible considering he isnt some teen anymore, he is a 26 year old soon to be married man with 3 kids & 2 step children. Although wrong, I couldnt turn him in. If he got really messed up in something bad, i might. But if we were orphans or he was pulling things together, i wouldnt turn him in. If someone else turns him in, then fine. But i would probably stay out of it.

Seriously. Why create a rift with your brother? What he does is his business. If he gets caught on his own then he can only blame himself. If you turn him in then he will not blame himself but blame you.
98% of the time, this "dealer" is a small time pot dealer. |It is illegal but it isn't heroin so don't worry about it.
My opinion might be the contrarian answer but you have to consider the risk vs. reward. You can stop him from peddling but he will always be mad at you for turning him in.
Don't do it. If it gets way out of control, you need to talk to him. Then go to the parents. Never to the cops. |More than likely though it is just a phase and he will stop selling.

weigh out your odds here. is stopping some kid from getting drugs and possibly getting hurt more important ? or the fact that hes your brother ? i would turn him in in a heart beat. you could be saving some lives ,even your brothers in the long run. get what proof you can before you go to anyone for your own safety. then tell someone that you know will believe you and do something about it.

Do what you think is best. Personally, I would talk to him and try to help him out of that world, and only after that failed, would I turn him in. Just be sure to keep yourself clean and detached from the scene so that you will not get busted. But seriously, this is your brother...don't do it.

Yes I would. First of all I would slap him then dob him in. He may be your brother, but think of all the kids you are saving by stopping the drugs.

tough call, yu take the risk of them putting him in a juvie home, & if he finds out, he's gonna probaby be mad at you.
ask him to stop & tell him how you are concerned, & he may be busted anyway w/out you telling.
if there 's no choice & if he's dangerous to get others hooked, try some way to anonamously do it. yu dont want to lose your brother. You cannot repace him.
